By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the selected products. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We accept various payment methods as displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Platform, including applicable taxes.

Delivery timeframes provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Shipping costs and policies vary depending on the vendor and delivery location. Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier.

Our return and refund policies are designed to ensure customer satisfaction. Eligibility for returns depends on the product category and vendor policies. Generally, items must be returned in their original condition within the return window of 3 days from delivery. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.

Products sold on DCKart may carry warranties provided by the manufacturer or vendor. DCKart itself does not manufacture the products and expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
